In short, we want to make sure that everyone gets a fair chance to buy tickets – the limit's there to keep the first person in the queue from buying up all the best seats and leaving nothing for everyone behind them! Ticket limits apply to ensure fair access to tickets for fans, and as a measure to minimise ticket scalping.

The ticket limits are set by the event organizers. If the number of people in your party exceeds the ticket limit, another member of the group would need to book with another TicketCharges account.

If you exceed the stated ticket limit, you may have any or all of your orders and tickets cancelled without notice by TicketCharges at its discretion.

If your party is making multiple bookings, unfortunately, we’re unable to guarantee that all the seats will be together – especially for big events where tickets are likely to sell out very quickly.

There is a time limit applied to all transactions as they’re progressed through the ticket purchasing stages. This time limit gives all fans an equal opportunity to secure tickets for the event. Remember to keep track of time and move through the processing pages as quickly as possible. When you have exceeded the time limit, any tickets in your cart will be removed and you will need to reload the purchase page and try again.

To ensure fans are able to navigate our online purchase process as quickly and efficiently as possible, our system automatically assign the "Best available" option to each fan for the price category they have selected unless the Event Organizers have specifically allowed fans to select their own seats through a "Pick Your Own (PYO) seat" function.

If you have any special requests, you will need to contact us to inquire about the availability of such seats. Please note that these requests are subject to the availability of tickets and cannot be guaranteed.

A ticket order has not been transacted if you have not been prompted to enter or confirm your credit card details.

If you are unsure about whether your order has been processed, you can check your "order page" on your My Account. We also recommend checking your debit or credit card statement to see if any payments have been processed.

Alternatively, please contact us. If possible, please provide any order confirmation number you may have received so we can further investigate your case.

Policy vary between events, venues and promoters. Please refer to the ticket information indicated on the event page for updates.

Contact us to book wheelchair accessible seats. As such seats may be limited in quantity in some venues, we are only able to allocate one companion seat with one wheelchair accessible seat for each fan. We will assist to allocate the nearest available seating for the remaining family members/ friends. Ticket limits set by the Event Organizer for the event will still apply. All seats are subject to availability.

It will be useful to provide us some information of the fan requiring the wheelchair accessible seat so as to allow our Fans Experience Specialist to better attend to your needs. For example, whether the fan is transferable or non-transferable from the wheelchair.

Wheelchairs will not be provided. Fans who purchased wheelchair accessible seats will be required to bring their own wheelchair for the event.

A Wait List may be available for certain events where fans can be notified when new tickets are released/ made available for purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee if or when tickets or new dates will be announced, or guarantee the availability of tickets even after joining a Wait List. Along with joining the event’s Wait List, opting-in or subscribing to receive emails from TicketCharges or the event partner will give you the best chance for securing tickets.

We’ve randomised and limited the selection of fans being notified at any one time so we can minimise disappointment when the demand for tickets far outweighs the tickets being released. Rest assured that we keep you on the Wait List for future selection for this event or when there are tickets being released for the same event on a different date.

Tickets for some events are available to book before they're released to the general public. Presales frequently require a codeword or password that may be distributed by Fan Clubs or Event Organizers. Often these codewords are exclusively distributed to members of clubs or certain other types of groups and cannot be offered to members of the public.

Presales are usually sold from a separate allocation of seats, which may not be the same as the tickets being released to the general public. This give fans the chance to book before the general release, which often means there are fewer people competing for the pool of tickets available. But it is paramount to note that this doesn't necessarily guarantee you better seats.

It's important to remember that we cannot offer an exchange if you book during the presale and then find tickets that you prefer during the general sale, so please make sure you're happy with the seats before going ahead and booking them.

When a popular event goes on sale there are literally hundreds and sometimes thousands of customers simultaneously attempting to purchase tickets across all distribution channels. As with any limited commodity, tickets are sold as long as seats are available, and sometimes they go very quickly. If hundreds of fans are simultaneously buying several tickets each, thousands of tickets can be sold in a matter of seconds. For this reason it is possible to sell out a venue within the space of a few minutes.

These messages will show when the initial ticket allocation for a particular event has been exhausted. This means that there are no tickets available for sale for the event date and time you are looking for. While we cannot guarantee that more tickets will become available for any event, we recommend that you check back on our site regularly in case tickets do become available.

There may be more tickets released by the Event Organizer as the event date approaches. Sometimes for popular events, seats with obstructed views may be released for sale.

It may also be a situation when fans find available tickets during the booking process and those tickets are actually on hold while the fan considers the purchase. During that period, which lasts for only a few minutes, no one else can view or purchase those tickets. If the fan decides not to buy the tickets, these tickets will be cleared out of the shopping cart and put back into the available seats inventory, where they become available to other potential purchasers.
